Reasons why 2012

If there is one day that the entire mankind is eagerly waiting for, then it has to be 21st December 2012. If there is something that many of the major religions have in common then it must be on December 2012 Doomsday predictions. Almost every major religious text has got references to this being the time when major changes could occur in our planet. Among all the references, perhaps the most significant and well known is the prediction of December 2012 Doomsday by the Mayan Calendar.

According to the world will enter a new age on the particular date. With the Mayans civilization being extremely knowledgeable in both astronomy and mathematics, the prediction has generated lot of interest around the world. Let us take a look at the reasons why the December 21st, 2012 is so important. The Mayans were extremely skilled in creating mathematical and astrological apparatus and they created their calendar 3,500 years ago. The calendar clearly mentions that there would be major changes that would take place in the world, come December 2012 Doomsday. There are many among the scientific community who believe that due to global warming, solar storms would be entering the earth in large quantities by 2012 and this could trigger off a series of catastrophes. This is how they feel that the Mayan December 2012 Doomsday prediction would ultimately destroy all life on earth.

There are many geologists who believe that there could be major volcanic eruptions around the world in 2012. This is being equated with the December 2012 Doomsday prediction and being seen as one of the ways that the world will be destroyed, if it were to occur. A vast majority of people who believe in the Mayan Calendar predict that there could be mass destruction of life on earth in the year 2012 because of the shift of earth's two poles.

Mayan calendar: myth or truth

In the past few months, people's interest in the Mayan calendar and its prophecies has increased at a phenomenal pace. Public opinion on this ancient calendar is divided. Some believe that this calendar has no rational basis and is basically a myth. Alternately, there are several others who firmly opine that the Mayan calendar is a true prophecy on the future.

Scientists and astrologers agree that the Mayan people possessed supreme knowledge. These learned people were exponents of analytical thinking. They used scientific methods to come up with theories of human existence. Based on meticulous planning and scientific observations, the Mayan people developed a calendar that computed our solar year to be 365.242306 days long.

Interestingly, according to the Gregorian calendar that we follow today calculates our solar year to be 365.2525 days long. This clearly reflects that the Mayan calendar is both precise and scientific. Owing to this precision in their calculations and premonitions, a number of astrologers and soothsayers are fearing that the Mayan prophesy about the world coming to an end on December 21, 2012, could be true.

Scientists and astronomers all over the world have rubbished reports that suggest that the world will finally come to an end in 2012. According to them, these reports are only a figment of imagination that has no concrete evidence. Moreover, a section of these rational thinkers and social scientists further believe that the hoopla surrounding December 21, 2012, is actually nothing but a smart marketing move. Scientists are confident that December 21, 2012 will go down in the pages of history, just another day.

Whether the Mayan prophecy finally comes true or not is a matter of deliberation. In the meantime, marketers seem to have found a commercially viable concept in this prophecy. This is quite evident from the response that this prophecy is gaining, prompting filmmakers to make movies on it. 2012 Prophecy exposed

It is amazing that many individuals don't believe that some major earth changing event on Dec 21 2012 will happen. When I realized this, I selected to find out why so many folk failed to believe. It is my conclusion that many of us have experienced this so called dooms day eventuality during the past and it never occurred. Almost all of the time the Doomsday events were put out to the public by fanatics that were only getting their information from a crazed Evangelist or a "want-to-be" Soothsayer . The truth is that there's a multitude of information gathered by renowned scientists that have indicated that some event, little or enormous, minor or catastrophic, will happen. You can read about them also in the 12.21.2012 Planet X Codex.

First, the realignment of the Earth, Sun, and the Milky Way Universe on Dec 21 2012. In the subsequent 5 years the Earth, Sun, and the middle of the Milky Way Universe will realign after 26,000 years. This realignment will have some effect on Earth, but to what extent scientists can't establish. There's no written history of events that occurred 26,000 years back to confirm how extensive the outcome will be. The sole archeological find that scientists can use is the Mayan calendar, but the Mayan civilization wasn't even in existence 26,000 ago so the accuracy of the calendar has not been determined. So be wary of what you listen to over the web, most of what you hear and see is only used to scare people. The facts are only this, the realignment of the big three and that civilization will continue to be since we are still hear from the last alignment.

30th 1983, astronomers found a new planet using the IRUS telescope. This planet is roughly the size of Juniper, has a particularly long orbit, and only shows itself each 3,500 to 3,600 years. This so called 10th Planet isn't speculated nor has NASA analyst and astronomers around the globe failed to confirm its existence. This planet is confirmed and is of great concern to the presidencies around the world. It'll have some impact on Earth and our existence but will not wipe out the human race. We are still here from the last time and we will be here the subsequent time.

Die in 2012

The most important thing is to be able to distinguish facts from simple scare tactics. A lot of information presented by the media are either false or over exaggerated. There are many predictions about the year 2012, some backed up by facts, and many which are not. It can be difficult to figure out whats true and whats not when researching this topic. Opinions vary greatly, and people, who many of are uninformed themselves, will try to persuade you in to believing what they believe.

I've done a lot of research about the 2012 doomsday, and I believe that many of the suggestions for what may happen in 2012 can't be overlooked. There are to many fingers pointing in the direction of something happening, like the predictions found in ancient texts, the Mayan calendar, the galactic alignment, the possibility of a major solar flare, the magnetic pole shift, a government conspiracy and more. There have been many doomsday predictions in the past, but none of them were backed up by facts like the 2012 doomsday.

I personally doubt that aliens will come down to earth and kill us all, or that a giant meteor will put an end to humanity, but I do believe something very important is going to happen, and therefore it's important to know the truth.

Mayan doomsday prophecy

Mayan doomsday prophecy is now the talk of town. People are discussing this topic among them and worried about the new prediction made by the astronomers. According to the calendar produced by the Mayan civilization, the end of world is near. Even though there were references to this hypothesis in many religious books, the exact date was not confirmed. The book of Revelation in Bible is an example for this statement. In this book, it is clearly mentioned about the end of the lives on the surface of earth. Even though technology has advance to a great extent, human brains are not capable to control the movements of the solar system. Mayan doomsday prophecy is not a myth but a fact.

The mathematical calculator invented by the people of this civilization is an incredible task. People belonging to the modern generation are not even able to think of such a machine even with the availability of so many techniques. They are checked against the actions of the heaven. Every event predicted using this calendar has so far became true which makes the astronomers tensed. They fear the Mayan Doomsday prophecy to be true and are researching more on this topic. The date suggested by the Mayans has a great significance. It is the day when the sun reaches its lower orbit. On this specific day the rising sun is supposed to come in a straight line with the black hole present at the centre of Milky Way.

Mayan doomsday prophecy is supposed to be accurate as they were considered as great astronomers. They made their livelihood by mapping the planetary movements in the solar system. This helped them in making a calendar which has proved to be correct all through the years. Mayan doomsday prophecy cannot be mocked at because there are many sources which supports this theory.

Truth behind 2012

The story began with the claims that a planet NIBURU,an alleged planet discovered by Sumerians is channelised towards the earth. This calamity was at first anticipated in may 2003, but when nothing occurred the end of the world date was moved ahead to dec 2012. The last time the world got all aroused over the mysterious turning of a calendar was the assumed Millennium of Jan. 1, 2000. No matter the actual Y2K computer-date bug. True-believer authors brought out scary and/or hopeful articles about the moment's prophetical potential to catch an huge cosmic wave and alter everything for either good or ill.

MAYAN CALENDER END IN DEC 2012
Just as calendars on our kitchen walls doesn't end in dec 31st, the mayan calendar doesn't cease to end in dec 2012. This date stamp is the close of the Mayan long-count period on the other hand -- just as your calendar begins once again on January 1 -- another long-count period sets out for the Mayan calendar.

PLANET X
There are no terrestrial alignments in the following few decades, Earth won't cross the galactic plane in 2012, and even if this conjunctions were to occur, their consequences on the Earth would be negligible. You may have already heard something about planet X . The idea of planet X, and the hunt for the evasive planet, began in the midst of the 19th century after Neptune was discovered, since a lot astronomers believed there was some other planet beyond Neptune’s orbit . When Clyde Tombaugh discovered Pluto in 1930, it was believed to be planet X, affirming the conjectures of Percival Lowell and many other astronomers. However, in 1978, astronomers discovered that Pluto could not be planet X as it was too small to affect the orbits of the gas giants. This led scientists to conclude that no planet X, at least Percival Lowell’s version, exists. One of the many theories as to how human race will be abolished in 2012 is by planet X barging in Earth . To further elaborate matters, some people who believe in 2012 have also associated planet X as being the same as Nibiru. The Nibiru hypothesis says that an alien race came to Earth thousands of years ago and genetically altered beings into humans so as to serve them. Nibiru is supposed to return in 2012 to cause havoc and destruction is nothing but rubbish.

TRUTH BEHIND POLAR SHIFT THEORY
A reversal in the rotary motion of Earth is out of the question. There are slow movements of the continents, but that is irrelevant to claims of reversal of the rotational magnetic poles. However, many of the calamity websites pull a bait-and-shift to befool people. They claim a relationship between the rotation and the magnetic polarity of Earth, which does change irregularly, with a magnetic reversal happening every 400,000 years on the average. A magnetic reversal is very unlikely to happen in the next few millennia. Now let's distinguish between geomagnetic reversal and polar shift. Geomagnetic reversion is the change in the magnetic field of the Earth, where the compass north pole shifts to the South Polar Region and the south magnetic pole shifts to the compass north Polar Region. Once this action is complete, our compasses would point toward Antarctica, instead of northern Canada. Polar shift is considered to be a less likely event that occurs a few times in the evolutionary timescale of the Solar System. Many sources (including the doomsayers themselves) frequently mention both geomagnetic reversal and polar shift as being one of the same thing. This isn't the case.Though there seems to be a current downward trend in magnetic flux density, the current magnetic field is still regarded as above average when compared with the fluctuations measured in recent history.

SOLAR STORMS PREDICTED FOR 2012
Although a solar flare from out Sun, aimed like a shot at us, could cause secondary troubles such as satellite damage and harm to unprotected cosmonauts and blackouts, the flare itself isn't powerful enough to ruin Earth. In the far future when the Sun begins to run out of fuel and swell into a red giant, it could be a bad era for life on Earth, but we have a few billion years to wait for that to occur.Doomsayers point to the Sun as a imaginable Earth-killer source, but the reality remains that our Sun is a very unchanging star. It does not bear a binary star partner (like II Pegasi), it has a predictable cycle (of around 11 years) .Even if a big flare did hit us, it will not be an extinction event. Yes, satellites may be damaged, causing secondary problems such as a GPS loss (which might disrupt air traffic control for example) or national power grids may be overwhelmed by auroral electro jets, but nothing more extreme than that. Satellites may malfunction and migrating birds may become confused.

Happen in 2012

You must have surely heard a lot of people talking about the end of the world fast approaching with the doomsday being predicted to be coming in the year 2012. What exactly is the significance of planetary alignment in 2012, you may ask. The answer lies in carefully studying the Mayan calendar. According to this calendar the day, 21/12/2012 will be of great significance. According to the ancient scriptures of the great Mayan Civilization, planetary alignment in 2012 would herald the beginning of a new age.

While there are many who may argue that the civilization existed too long ago, for the prediction to be taken seriously, there are certain other important aspects that you need to look into. For instance, while the prediction in itself may appear absurd, you should not forget that it is based on the movement of stars and planets. Planetary alignment in 2012 is therefore, something that we do not have any control on.

One more factor that needs to be carefully considered is that the Mayans possessed supreme astronomical and mathematical skills. Not only did this knowledge help them create a calendar 3,500 years ago, it also helped them to create a complex mathematical calculator too. This unique calculator was used in conjunction with the planetary movements to arrive at the particular doomsday date by the ancient Mayans.

Planetary alignment in 2012 assumes importance because of a unique lining up of planets during this day. It is predicted that the sun will lineup with the center of the Milky Way on 21/12/2012. This planetary alignment in 2012 is something that an extremely rare occurrence. In fact, it is known to happen only once in 25,800 years. The ancient Mayans believed that these celestial events will have a direct impact on the lives of all living beings and that it will herald the beginning of a new age.

With the Mayans civilization being extremely knowledgeable in both astronomy and mathematics, the prediction has generated lot of interest around the world. Let us take a look at the top reasons why the December 21st, 2012 is so important.

A vast majority of people who believe in the Mayan Calendar predict that there could be mass destruction of life on earth in the year 2012 because of the shift of earth's two poles.

Polar shift in 2012

Earth has known several polar shifts in the past, and future polar shifts are inevitable. The question that boggles everybody is "when will it happen again?".  Now scientists have concluded that magnetic poles are about to shift or even reverse itself yet again.  Such an event has left the planet in chaos before so there are good reasons to be concerned and to prepare for yet another world catastrophe.

Violent Vortices
In recent news, at least considering that our planet now is 4.56 billion years old, an article was published in the Sunday Times of London on January 12th, 2003 stating that Nils Olson, researcher at the Center for Planetary Science in Denmark, warns for tremendous changes occurring deep in the Earth's core. The magnetic field is considered to be controlled from the inner core and therefore his research is relevant to support related research about the impact on the polarities of the planet.  Turbulent and swirling vortices of molten matter are impacting the levels of magnetic fields that hang above the surface of our planet.  When those vortices get overly turbulent, something that appears to have started happening, a total reversal of the magnetic field can occur, in other words a polar shift or reversal takes place.  Scientists also have found that those events happen on average every 750,000 years...which makes that the planet is long overdue for the next polar shift.

Direct consequences
Seen the fact that the last polar shift took place close to a million years ago, and that no humans inhabited Earth that long time ago, no eye witnesses were present to document what to expect at a next polar shift. This leaves us with to project, extrapolate and basically guess what the impact will be next time this happens.  However, there are certain consequences that can easily be deducted and there is no doubt that they will happen.  For example, electrical equipments will all fail; unseen displays of thunder and lightning will take place; seismic and volcanic activity will reach dramatic heights in itself being responsible for catastrophic results.

Lethal radiation
Since the magnetic shield also protects the planet from dangerous solar radiation, the reversal of the poles will be preceded by a time where the shield will disappear and during which all life will be impacted unless protected in some sort other than what we take for granted...the air. In addition is it unclear how long such an interruption would last, but some sources indicate it could easily take 100 years for the magnetic shield to be restored.  Massive extinction will be the result of this. Unprotected from the sun's radiation, crops fail, animals die, and humans fall prone to deadly cancers.

How can we prepare for such a disaster?
One thing is certain, as humans we stand zero chance to avoid a polar shift.  Powers of the universe rule and the only thing we can do is see it happen.  The best thing there is to do is to prepare ourselves a good as humanly possible...and the worst outcome must be taken as what will happen.  On an individual level, what you can do is to learn where you can be best to avoid being in the wrong place when it happens.  Knowing that volcanoes and earthquakes, unseen levels of storms and other tragic events will rule for a period of time, seeking a location where the least vault lines and volcanoes are, is a prudent first step.  You can then start preparing for the shortage on uncontaminated foods and water by stocking up significant piles of imperishable foods.  A stock for 10 years or more is not exaggerated.  Protected gear from heat, radiation but also extreme colds is also high on the list. On a national level nations must develop a strategy for dealing with mass disruption likely to result from the malfunction of all types of electrical equipment and the failure of crops.  Massive casualties cannot be avoided, yet the continuation of human kind needs to stay high on each nation's agenda.  It is believed that several organizations have been secretly working around the clock to reassure that valuable resources will remain available after order is restored...

Significant recent events
In December 2004 South East Asia was shook up with a category 9 earthquake, causing and immense catastrophe for the region near the island of Sumatra.  Several scientists agree that Earth was very close to the next polar reversal.  And what may be even more frightening is that it simply could have been a warm-up exercise announcing the actual event coming up in the near future.  This places the theories of it happening in 2012 in the hotspot again.  Whether this is correct or not, it isn't the best news when you consider that the world became hopelessly unbalanced and that it wouldn't require much force to turn it over. From ancient records we've learned that this has happened many times before.

Ignoring it would be naive
As no crystal ball can predict the exact timing of such dramatic event as the polar shift, many sources direct towards the end of the year 2012.  Ignoring the real threats impacting the world and all of its inhabitants would be simply naive.  We must be aware, be as much informed to what possible timing and results will be, and to prepare as much as humanly possible for the Polar Reversal when it finally does occur.

Scientific reasons 2012

The event created by the Hollywood is really shameful for the human kind. Culprit never minds to put fear for their earning and familiarity of livelihood. Inculcating the publicity by declaring the false statement and projection should be banned by the international Laws.  There should be strict regulation against the assassin of human mental peace. Millions and millions people had been nervous with their fearful enigmas living. How the hale had so consciously planned to do so? Why he was not thought about the whole nations as well as for human kind. He must not so much selfish to intensify such commitment of terrible destruction, only just for his fictions stories publicity. How their nation has sanctioned such nonsense fiction movie? It is also true that how an individual can do well for the human kind, who has achieved all the pseudo and hypocrite education and knowledge.  Who so ever it concerns, it matters the people of the Globe, should not be exempted from punishment for the crime he has done by putting the all countries in terrible panic.

Asteroid/Meteor/Comet - ancient, advanced civilizations have one distinct advantage over us - they may have observed the skies for longer, and may have spotted an orbit that will culminate in a collision with Earth in 2012. This is easily the most predictable disaster for 2012. With recent discussion of "dark comets", we have become aware of the possibility of our planet being struck with little or no warning. Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) from our Sun - a CME was behind the solar storm of 1859. It occurred in September of that year, causing the failure of telegraph systems across North America and Europe. Accompanying the storm were auroras that are normally only seen in the Arctic and Antarctic, but were visible as far south as the Caribbean. Typically we would expect a storm of 1859's magnitude cause power blackouts and wreck satellites. But do we really know how big they can get? In 2009 NASA told us to be wary of solar storms, and warned of the dangers to America's ancient overloaded power grid. Being without power for a few months, in the developed world, is a lot more serious than most people realise.

Magnetic Pole Shift - pole reversals have been happening on average once every 400,000 years, with the most recent one being 730,000 years ago - so we are well overdue. Not only do we not know much about reversals, scientists are still unsure about how our magnetic field is generated. Long thought to be a by-product of the movements of liquid iron in our planet's core, recent studies are suggesting that our salty oceans might be the cause. Scientists suggest a geomagnetic reversal takes thousands of years and does no harm. They are wrong - it could just as easily happen overnight. No mechanism is known for the cause of the magnetic poles swapping places. Our magnetic field is known to be rapidly declining (10% in the last 150 years), and the magnetic North pole is moving around at an accelerating pace - it has been predicted it will move from Canada to Siberia in the next 50 years. These changes could be indicating an imminent reversal.

Explosion from the black hole at the center of our galaxy - in 1983 Dr Paul LaViolette described the dangers of a Galactic core explosion. He explained that it would generate a cosmic ray superwave, and it would be signalled by a gamma ray burst (see below). He also warned us that a gravity wave might travel ahead of the superwave. If seems likely that the 2004 tsunami was caused by a gravity wave, because the accompanying GRB arrived just 21 hours later, and was the brightest ever observed, 100 times brighter than any other seen in recorded history. This gravity wave did not come from our galactic center, but if it had, perhaps the effects would have been much worse.

Religious Apocalypse - or rapture, or "judgment day". Most religions predict such a day. Conspiracy theorists suggest that many world leaders have apocalyptic beliefs, and may even be attempting to cause Biblical prophecy to be fulfilled in 2012 via their actions. If it helps, the Bible says “But of that day and hour knoweth no one, not even the angels of heaven, neither the Son, but the Father only.” But then again, maybe God changed his mind since the Bible was written, and told some people the date of the apocalypse? Maybe he told the ancient Mayans? Possibilities could be argued ad infinitum. Alien Invasion - no evidence, but plenty of believers! Tied in with this are recent crop circles that have 2012 and Mayan themes. If aliens are the creators of crop circles, then one would expect the circles to be a warning of sorts.

Gamma Ray Burst (GRB) - a 2004 study told us that a GRB from a distance of just one kiloparsec could destroy half of Earth's ozone layer. It suggests that historical mass extinctions may have been caused by GRBs. NASA explains how "gamma-ray radiation from a relatively nearby star explosion, hitting the Earth for only ten seconds, could deplete up to half of the atmosphere's protective ozone layer. Recovery could take at least five years. With the ozone layer damaged, ultraviolet radiation from the Sun could kill much of the life on land and near the surface of oceans and lakes, and disrupt the food chain."

Crustal Displacement - a physical pole shift. The mechanism is not understood, and most theories are just wild guesses. However it seems quite likely we had one 12,000 years ago, and what goes around, comes around. Charles Hapgood provided substantial evidence for a pole shift at that time, and Allan and Delair have added to it in their book Cataclysm!: Compelling Evidence of a Cosmic Catastrophe in 9500 B.C. Take into account that Albert Einstein endorsed Hapgood's ideas, and we have something to worry about. Cosmic Rays - scientists have yet to work out where most high-energy cosmic rays come from. Either an increase striking our atmosphere, or a weakening of our shields, will let in more cosmic rays. They are already zipping through your body every second, and they could end up being our silent killers. As one example of their danger, airlines do not let pregnant women work on their inter-continental routes, because of the increased exposure to cosmic rays at those heights.

Flu Pandemic - it might not be swine flu, but flu researchers say a deadly pandemic is not a case of if, but when. Our generation is generally unaware of how bad the pandemic of 1918 was - it killed 50 million people. It was the number one cause of death amongst soldiers in WW1. Being killed by the enemy came second. Nuclear War / WW3 / Biological War - although the Cold War is over, and less bunkers are being built, the threat is still very real. Tensions between the Koreas, and India & Pakistan are worrisome, as are the huge bunkers that the Russians have built. The Yamantau complex is large enough to protect 60,000 people!

Supervolcano - these are real, they have caused great catastrophes in the past, and we have no idea when the next eruption will be. Some believe Yellowstone could explode again soon, as it has been exhibiting signs of unrest, with earthquake swarms, ground deformation and considerable heat and gas emissions. It it did erupt, expect half of the USA to be wiped out, and major variations in global climate for many years. For more information, watch documentaries by the BBC and Discovery Channel. Rise of the Machines - somewhere between Terminator and I Robot is an easy prediction: robots one day will have the capacity to rule the world. Global Warming - it will only take an increase of a couple of degrees to make life very difficult for most humans. Luckily for us, it is unlikely to wipe us out as early as 2012.

Time Travel Error - someone from the future ventures into our past and causes a conflict in the time-space continuum... if it causes us harm in 2012, maybe someone managed to zip back in time and warn the ancients of it? Nanotechnology - while this might have health concerns when used in everyday products (ie sunscreen), the doomsday risk is when self-replicating little thingies are developed. Search for "grey goo". Fortunately 2012 seems too soon for some mad scientist to let the goo loose. Nearby Supernova - experts say that no supernova candidates are close enough to harm us. But how many supernovas have they observed? This is where, after the fact, scientists proclaim "but of course!" Genetic Modification - we blindly take vaccinations, and we might be sheep when it comes to "gene therapy" as well. Our desire to live longer might just be our undoing.

Nuclear Accident - nothing is foolproof. We've had such accidents in the past, and a bigger accident is totally possible. Hard for the ancients to predict, though. Ice Age - right now the buzz is about "global warming", yet a mere thirty years ago we were worried about an impending Ice Age. There is evidence that parts of our climate system work more like a switch than a dial, and if a certain level of temperature is reached, it may cause what is known as "abrupt climate change". See the movie "The Day After Tomorrow" for how it might work. Solar System Falls Apart (butterfly effect) - to the best of our knowledge, everything is OK for a long, long time. However simulations have shown how Mercury could cause Earth and Mars to collide a few billion years from now. But throw a stray comet or Planet X into the mix, and our solar system could turn into a catastrophic pinball machine any old time.

Large Hadron Collider - scientists tinkering with something they think they understand the risks of, but what if there's a 0.000001% chance their black hole calculations are wrong? Is it worth the risk? Originally we were told by CERN scientists that it was impossible for a black hole (that might gobble up the entire planet) to be created by the LHC, because it "would decay before it had the chance to do any damage". This has recently been updated to "the growth of black holes to catastrophic size does not seem possible.”

13 Moon calendar mayan

The Maya calendar also known as the 13 moon calendar, is an interesting piece of work both because of its complexity and because of its great accuracy. The Maya people have predicted many events in the past and the most discussed one is their prediction for 2012. So how does the calendar work and what exactly did they predict? Read on to find out. So why is it known as the 13 moon calendar? Well the reason for this is because the Mayans used a 13 month instead of a 12 month system, with each month having 28 days. Some will argue that this is a more natural way of counting time as todays 12 month calendar have a varying number of days for each month. There's also 13 full moons in a year.

Nobody knows when the Maya calendar was made but experts say that it was already in use around 600 B.C. The calendar itself starts on August 11 in the year 3114 B.C. The 13 moon calendar utilizes a long count in order to accurately measure long periods of time. This long count starts on August 11 in the year 3114 B.C, and ends on december 21. 2012. This end date is close, and have been the reason for many 2012 doomsday theories.

The Mayan people have had many remarkable predictions, like predicting 9/11 and solar eclipses thousands of years into the future. What's interesting is that many others have predicted something catastrophic to happen in 2012, including China's oldest texts, the I Ching prophecies. The I Ching prophecies have proven themselves time and time again, predicting World War 1, World War 2, 9/11 and more. I-Ching also predicts the end of time on December 21. 2012. What the end of the Maya calendar means is a highly debated topic. Some say that it's just a calendar with a random end-date and therefore doesn't mean anything. Others believe that the date have significant meaning, after all Mayans are not the only people who have chosen this specific date to signify the end.

2012 Game over

Numerous conspiracy theories, religious texts and prophecies predicts the end of the world in 2012. Will it be "game over" for planet earth on december 21. 2012? I will now share my thoughts on this issue. About 2 years ago, I got really interested in the ancient Mayans and basically everything related to the 2012 doomsday. I came across tons of theories and opinions, many of which were groundless scare tactics, while others were quite significant and noteworthy.

I can't count how many people I've talked to who dismiss all 2012 predictions without even knowing any details about the prediction they just dismissed. Following the flock and saying no to every theory that suggest things out of the ordinary, and to treat these like nonsense is simple, but a smart person like yourself knows this really is nothing but closed mindedness, and not the path to true understanding.

This may be obvious, but the media, as with any other business, wants to earn money.  I'm sure you've seen a few documentaries about 2012. Pretty much all of these contain false or misleading information, designed to make people interested and not change the channel, instead of giving you the accurate information you have the right to know. I'ts also worth noting that the government does not want you to be aware of certain important 2012 related information.

2012 Tibetan sees the future

Remote viewing is nothing new in Tibetan monasteries. For thousands of years remote viewing in the middle of other spiritual activities have dominated Tibetan culture. What some Indian tourists came to learn from a few Tibetan monasteries under the current Chinese rule is extremely alarming and fascinating. According to these tourists remote viewers are seeing world powers in the course of self-destruction. They also see that the world will not be destroyed. Between now and 2012 the world super powers will continue to engage in regional wars. Terrorism and covert war will be the main problem. In world politics something will happen in and around 2010. At that time the world powers will threaten to destroy each other.

Between 2010 and 2012, the whole world will get polarized and prepare for the ultimate dooms day. Heavy political maneuvers and negotiations will take place with little progress. In 2012, the world will start plunging into a total destructive nuclear war. And at that time something remarkable will happen, says, Buddhist monk of Tibet. Supernatural divine powers will intervene. The destiny of the world is not to self-destruct at this time. Scientific interpretation of the monks’ statements makes it evident that the Extra Terrestrial powers are watching us every step of the way. They will intervene in 2012 and save the world from self-destruction. When asked about recent UFO sightings in India and China, the monks smiled and said the divine powers are watching us all. Mankind cannot and will not be allowed to alter the future to that great extent.

Every human being though their current acts in life called “Karma” can alter the future lives to some extent, but changing the destiny in that large extent will not be allowed to that great an extent. Monks also mentioned that beyond 2012 our current civilization would understand that the final frontier of science and technology is in area of spirituality and not material physics and chemistry. Beyond 2012, out technologies will take a different direction. People will learn the essence of spirituality, the relation between body and the soul, the reincarnation and the fact we are connected with each other are all part of “God”.

The judgment day 2012

Although there are many expectations regarding the way in which the end of the world will come, there are three ways for which many scientist and researchers agree that might happened (some of them also have other demolition events in mind but most of them agree about this three ways). The results of many researches show that these three are most likely to be the one that will be responsible for devastation of our planet and changing our life as we know it. Lets begin with the expectations that Super Volcano Eruptions will burn down many cities and cover with ashes many more and at the same time block sun emission for weeks even months.

The thing very few of us know is that although active volcanoes can be found in only couple of parts of the earth, there are many inactive volcanoes which are going to be reactivated and cause massive devastation. For instance, Yellowstone State Park located in the US is famous for it thermal springs and old geyser activities. This park is sitting on top of the biggest volcano on earth, and researches shows that this "inactive" volcano has a pattern of eruption on approximately every 650,000 years (guess when Yellowstone will come close to 650,000 years since the last eruption). Giving this example you could see what will happen when the inactive volcanoes become active and start erupting.

Another way of destruction is the highly intensive earthquakes, which are a consequence of a sudden discharge of massive energy in the earths' crust resulting in massive seismic waves. These seismic waves will shake the planet earth and will cause gigantic destruction of every object above and below the ground. As this is not enough these intensive earthquakes will cause massive shifts in the earths plates and thus we could be witnessing the disappearance of many mountains and the arising of totally new mountains. The shift in the plates could also cause a tsunami (I don't not want to explain the intensity of the destruction force of the tsunami, because of bed memories and experience).

The third way is major floods as a result of high increase in the water levels. The high increase is consequence of climate changes, thus the ice on the poles is melting and you get the picture. The last one is especially important if you are located by water surface, you should take the precautionary measure to protect yourself.

Heading dimensional 2012

There has been talk for decades about an imminent dimensional shift, as long as humanity can sufficiently raise its ‘vibrations’.  One view is that we are currently living in the 3rd dimension (or vibration), and heading to the 4th.  The 3rd dimension is characterised by mass, weight, volume and the lessons of the body's 3rd chakra/energy centre, representing self-esteem, self-respect, generosity and ethics.   The 4th dimension/vibration represents the 4th or Heart Chakra, and involves learning lessons of love and forgiveness.

How does this ‘vibrational’ theory work?  Quantum Physics has possible answers to this question, notably the ‘Modern String Field Theory’ supported by many scientists.  One renowned physicist is Dr Michio Kaku, whose books on String Theory suggest that the universe started a bit like a guitar string that has been plucked, creating a series of expanding soap bubbles or dimensions all vibrating at different levels.   In other words, the subatomic particles that make up atoms are believed to be made up of vibrating super strings, and the notes they emanate then translate into matter.

As quoted in my novel 2012 The Symphony, ‘The universe is a Symphony,’ says Dr Kaku. ‘The mind of God is cosmic music resonating through 11 dimensional hyperspace.’  Interestingly, Dr Kaku feels that humanity is poised to shift from its 3rd dimensional state to higher dimensions, if it can overcome its self-destructive nature.  This entails, one would deduce, an increase in our vibrational state.  Is this something that will happen naturally, or do we have to work at it?Certain activities have been known to raise vibrations, such as singing, meditating, praying, keeping healthy, growing through life’s challenges, and just doing things that make us happy.

But it can also happen naturally, usually the result of inner guidance, where we are instinctively drawn to certain foods, circumstances or lifestyles, and repelled by others.  For example, at a higher vibration we usually no longer want to eat or drink certain foods, such as coffee, tea or meat, which are dense and can affect the body’s energy.  We may start to avoid chemical cleansers in the home, and prefer to wear natural fabrics against our skin. Other temporary symptoms can be headaches, reflecting the expansion of the crown chakra, flu symptoms, as toxins are released, nausea and diarrhoea as the solar plexus chakra releases stored fear, anger and resentment. Muscles can ache, if there are blockages preventing the energy flow, emotional upset for no reason as emotional blocks are released, and breathing problems can occur as the heart chakra begins to open.

Heightened sensitivity is also common, to noises, light, smells, tastes, and people.  Similarly, some start to develop telepathy, intuition, see spirits and into other dimensions. To explain this further, it is useful to remember that vibrations operate much like radio signal frequencies.  In other words, we will see, feel, touch and perceive only what we have tuned into at any particular stage in our existence.  That doesn’t mean to say that other vibrational states or worlds don’t exist. Fatigue can occur, caused by energy shifting through the spiritual body, designed to heal the physical, mental emotional and spiritual bodies.  Temporary sleeplessness is common, in cases where the body is unable to store the excessive energy  due to blockage and congestion.

Some report weight gain, which apparently helps to anchor and hold grids of light in the areas around where we live.  Body fat becomes crystalline, and distributed evenly around every cell to allow the entire body to act as a tuning fork holding a new vibration. Experts say that the reason given for this discomfort during the transition process is that our higher frequency, non-physical body is shifting out of synch with our denser physical body, causing temporarily uncomfortable sensations.  It is an activation of additional strands of DNA (we only use 2 out of 12 at the moment) at a cellular level that causes these changes. To relieve the symptoms, it is recommended to drink pure water, add crystals to energise the water, eat light meals, some light exercise to allow energy flow. When complete separation is made, the symptoms disappear.

By raising our vibrations, we start to live consciously, and open our connections up with our Higher Self, Spirit Guides and higher Light Beings.  We start to receive guidance and information from the universal Spirit, which fills our lives with joy, harmony and inner peace.  Most importantly, we are preparing ourselves for a more permanent shift into a higher vibration, to a more enjoyable and fulfilled existence, free of the limits and constraints of 3rd dimensional living.

The dynamics society 2012

Since the Apocalypse failed to occur in 2000, there is a new end of the world being prophesied: December 21, 2012. Apparently, the ancient Mayan calendar “reset” itself on this date, the end of a “Great Cycle” (1). As this date corresponds to a significant astronomical event, the Sun crossing the Equator of the Milky Way, expectations of a ‘new’ apocalypse are on the rise (2). In this context, what strikes me is how a prophecy that has been made more than one thousand years ago by an obscure culture is making headlines today. It made me think about the long lasting power of the millennial tradition in Western culture. Chances are, if nothing of note occurs on 21 December, the attention will be focused on 2060, the date Isaac Newton predicted for the apocalypse (3). Apocalyptic-millennial thinking is nothing new to the West: it has been pervasive for two thousand years or more, and no past ‘failed’ prediction impeded believers to move on to another apocalyptic date. To observe millennial thinking in process and its results, I’m going to briefly look at a “case study”: the Renaissance.

Before proceeding, perhaps it would be useful to differentiate between “apocalypse” and “millenarianism”. Apocalypse refers to the tragic events at the end of days: the emphasis is on catastrophe, suffering, dramatic events, portents and death. Millenarianism, on the other hand, is a belief in the transformation of the world into a better place. I see these as two sides of the same coin: apocalypse is the destructive aspect, and millenarianism the positive, constructive side. They do not have to occur together, but most often they do: a more or less dramatic change has to take place for the world to be transformed.

Let us then wind back to the early days of the Renaissance. The 1300s had already been obsessed with apocalypse and millennialism (4). Yet in the 1400s this fervor was pitched to a new height due to an astrological prophecy called the “great conjunction theory” drawn by an Arabic philosopher named Al-Kindi (5). Al-Kindi based his speculations on the astrological ‘great conjunctions’ between Jupiter and Saturn that occur typically from 20 to 20 years (the last Great Conjunction occurred, incidentally, on May 31, 2000). However, Al-Kindi connected this astrological fact to millennarist beliefs, arguing that once every few centuries major historical change would occur (6). This theory became quite a ‘popular culture’ phenomenon in the era, with famous astrologers like Roger Bacon and Johannes Kepler contributing to the debates. Thus, in 1484 the great conjunction became associated with major millennial and apocalyptic expectations (7,8). Columbus’ discovery of America in 1492 was apparently connected with such millennial beliefs (9). Renaissance itself, as a movement originating in Florence, cannot be divorced from apocalyptic thinking: Marsilio Ficino, the would-be theoretician of the Renaissance, continuously spoke of the coming ‘golden age’ (10).

1484 passed without an apocalypse, but astrologers later observed that it did mark an event with great consequence for Christianity: the birth of Martin Luther (11). In any case, the 1484 prophecies did not cease the apocalyptic vogue of the period: instead, astrologers moved on to another great conjunction, due in 1604 (as a side note, there was a supernova in 1572 that caused widespread apocalyptic predictions as well). In expectation of a major event, a great number of intellectuals of the period devoted themselves to discovering a ‘universal language’ (which came to be accepted as being that of mathematics) and a ‘universal science’ (12). While 1604 did not bring the apocalypse either, it had an impact on the intellectual life of Europe, causing a reformatory fervor. Science itself can attribute at least some of its growth to millennial expectations of the age (13, 14). It was in the framework of ‘millennarist science’ that Newton spent a great deal of his time trying to divine the end of the world.

As Landes observed, all scholarship on millennialism starts from the premise that all apocalyptic prophets have been wrong (15). That may be true from a black and white standpoint. Yet we can only think for a moment the impact that millennial and apocalyptic beliefs have on society. There is the dark side: believers like those of the Heaven’s Gate that committed mass-suicide in expectations of the apocalypse; but there is also a bright side, which encourages activism, soul-searching and positive social change. In the above story, we can see that astrological predictions of the apocalypse or millennium fostered, for instance, the cultural pursuits of the Renaissance, the scientific inquiries of the early modern Europe and enlightened monarchs. In the end, it is perhaps safe to say that millennial thinking has a definite impact on societies by speeding up their dynamic – for good and for bad consequences.

2012 or 2013

It has come to my attention that many people do not believe that some event in the years 2012 to 2013 will happen. Once I realized this, I chose to find out why so many folks didn't believe. It is my conclusion that many have experienced this so called dooms day eventuality during the past and it never happened. There are two events that have been determined by scientists that will happen.

First, the realignment of the Earth, Sun, and the Milky Way galaxy in the very near future will occur. What will precisely happen and to what extent, none of the scientists essentially can pin down, but what they do know is this. In the next 5 years the Earth, Sun, and the center of the Milky Way galaxy will realign after 26,000 years. This realignment will have some effect on Earth, but to what extent scientists cannot identify. There's no written history of events that happened 26,000 years back to verify how in depth the end result will be. The sole archeological find that scientists can use is the Mayan calendar, but the Mayan civilization wasn't even in existence 26,000 gone so the accuracy of the calendar hasn't been determined. So be wary of what you listen to over the web, most of what you hear and see is only used to frighten folks. The facts are only this, the realignment of the big three and that civilization will continue to exist since we are still hear from the last alignment.

2nd, the passing of our tenth Planet crosses between the orbit of the Earth and Sun. On Dec. 30th 1983, astronomers found a new planet using the IRUS telescope. This planet is approximately the size of Jupiter, has a particularly long orbit, and only shows itself each 3,500 to 3,600 years. This so called 10th Planet isn't speculated nor has NASA researcher and astronomers around the world didn't determine its existence. This planet is determined and is of great concern to the states around the planet. What will happen when this planet comes close to Earth, scientists cannot establish. It'll have some result on Earth and our existence but will not wipe out human kind. We are still here from the last time and we'll be here the next time.

Regarding end of earth

There has been said a lot on 2010 predictions regarding end of Earth. Many astrological and scientific facts has been given that are pointing towards one thing that 2012 is the end of the world. In this the most popular one is the Mayan calender also called Mesoamerican Long Count Calender. It is there for the period of 5125 but after 21 December 2010 there is nothing in that calender. Experts are believing that it is pointing towards the end of the world in 2012.

The Hindu vedic astrology is also saying the same. According to vedic astrology, December 2012 is the month when Kalyuga will end (present time) and Satya Yuga will begin. There will destruction and the whole earth will have a new life.

There are few other 2012 predictions regarding end of Earth which are Sun Storm Predictions, Super Volcano, Swapping of North and South Poles, Gamma Ray Burst (GRB) and more like this. In Sun Storm predictions, solar experts believe that the Sun although in the middle of its stability is giving out signals of excessive heat, which in December 2012 will so high that it will lead to the end of the world. As per Super Volcano theory the volcano under Yellowstone National Park that is located in United States burst after the period of 650,000 and December 2012 is the time when it will burst and engulf the whole world. The volcano will be so intense that it will lead to the frozen winters for at least 15,000 years. According yet another theory that is the Swapping of poles it is said that north and south poles of the earth swap their positions once in 750,000. So the time is near when this swapping is going to happen. During swapping the gravitational pull of the earth will vanish leading to the end of world in 2012.

Is 2012 true or false

In India and China UFO sightings have increased in many folds. Many say the Chinese and Indian Governments are being contacted by the Extra Terrestrials. In recent days most UFO activities have been seen in those countries who have indigenously developed Nuke capabilities. When asked if these extra-terrestrials will show up in reality in 2012, the answers remote viewers are giving is: they will reveal themselves in such a way that none of us scared. They will reveal themselves only if they have to. As our science and technology progresses, we are destined to see them and interact with them any way.

2012 Apocalypse mayan predictions

Are the 2012 apocalypse Mayan predictions and what is written inside the 2012 Official Countdown guide for real? There are a lot of discussions nowadays about the world-end predictions made for the year of 2012, especially ever since the forecasts were made into a movie and shown to the public. If the Mayan predictions were really true, this would mean that there is really little time left for us to prepare. Atheists, agnostics and many major and minor religions around the world have all agreed that something is about to happen in the year 2012.

This guide is written by James Sayer and is meant to explain to readers the real significance of 2012 and how to help them prepare for disaster. Reading this guide, I have discovered many of the truths about history and how they point towards an event that can very possibly happen in the year 2012. Readers will learn the real Nostradamus visions and predictions that were made which forecasted the WWII. There are some world-end theories inside as well.

There are some extreme predictions being made about how our lives will be destroyed a planet that could shift into the Earth's path and collide with it, destroying and throwing every life form into space. Other scientists believe that a meteor will fly into the path of the Earth and hit it with extreme impact. There are also theories being made about how it could be swallowed up by a massive black hole cause by a gravity explosion. Regardless of what happens, the 2012 Official Countdown Guide will provide all the interesting and some shocking facts about what might happen and how to prepare in advance for it.

Apocalypse prophecy 2012

If you're a 2012 skeptic that is very understandable. Any smart person would be. After all, it's not the first doomsday theory you have heard is it? I will now discuss the apocalypse prophecy for 2012. At first glance one might dismiss every doomsday theory without even researching it at all. This is understandable, considering there have been hundreds of doomsday theories in the past where obviously nothing happened. The most resent "doomsday theory" was the y2k theory. However, this was not really a doomsday theory. You probably know this, but y2k was about the fear of old computers malfunctioning because they were not programmed to handle dates beyond 1999.

The thing about December 21, 2012 is that there are multiple predictions for the end of the world which all revolve around this very date. That being said, many of these use this exact date only because of the Mayan Calendar ending that day. One example is Timewave Zero, which is a piece of software that predicts that time itself will stop on December 21, 2012. Originally Timewave Zero predicted the end of time sometime during November of 2012, but later the writer made some changes in his book The Invisible Landscape, where he wrote that the date predicted was exactly 21 December 2012.

There are many silly 2012 theories out there, like big giant aliens coming to earth on a burning planet, the earth being sucked into the black hole, a huge meteor colliding with the Earth, and many others. The thing is though, some of the 2012 predictions hold some truth.

2012 End of the world

Are you sure about that? If you believe in 2012: End of the World because of the Time Wave, maybe you should know the facts. Just because some guy strung out on psychadelic drugs says that the I Ching agrees with the Mayan Long Count calender end date means absolutely nothing. In fact, the I Ching is not a calendar, nor was it ever used as one. Why would someone concoct a reason to force two ancient and well known systems for opposite uses to have the same ending date?

An excellent question! Does the Maya’s ancient Long Count calendar really predict the end of the world? You will be very interested in learning that every webpage, magazine and television show that has created a great deal of hubbub about this end of the Mayan Long Count uses the Aztec Sun Stone as their imagery. Why are they all showing you the wrong artifact while telling you that 2012: End of the World is coming?

Niburu is coming back and will collide with Earth smashing it in half. Yes, that’s what a lot of Sumerian crazed followers are claiming. There is a great deal of support for this said missing planet’s reappearance in our solar system. However, no where is there a prediction or prophecy that Niburu is coming back and its arrival is coinciding with 2012: End of the World. One thing of note, an odd disturbance is going on out there beyond our realm of sight that is causing Pluto to behave rather oddly. So is the real Planet X, a.k.a. Niburu at this moment getting ready to plunge toward Earth?

Did they predict this year 2012 end of the world too? First of all, these are not just the Hopi people’s legends, actually the Hopi are the record keepers for all of the brother tribes. That would be all North American Indian tribes and people. The Blue Star Kachina is coming. When he dances
in the plaza for all the people to see, things will not bode well for Earth will rock to and fro like the shaking of a child who has been misbehaving.

Do the Hopi agree with the Mayan predictions for Year 2012: End of the World? It agrees with our current Mayan age of man ending on a Day of Movement as their Long Count calendar does. This age of humanity began with major disrupting movement on the planet, and will end with the same kind of events. Then there are the Inca predictions too.

You might want to read the book from cover to cover again. No, the bible doesn’t state, Year 2012: End of the World. If you read it with your mind open and your television silenced, you might just realize that it says a great deal more now than the last time you read it. Maybe you just weren’t paying attention to what the verses were trying to tell you in an ancient tongue, with limited knowledge. So exactly what does it say that agrees with these other predictions and prophecies?

Not since the beginning of the world to this time. That would definitely give credence to this being the 4th age of man for the Mayas and the 4th world for the Hopi. There is even a verse in the Bible that states that at the end of times, the world will 'shake to and fro'. The man on the white horse who arrives in Revelations 19:11? He is the same figure as Kalki from the Hindu puranas. Both of whom come to cleanse the world in the end of days and wearing white robes with sword at ready.

What about the crop circle predictions and polar shift? What about all the other things you haven’t a clue are being said. What things are true as opposed to which ones are disinformation? You really don’t have any time to waste, December 21, 2012 is only months away, not decades. Something this life altering is best to approach it with your mind and eyes wide open.

If 2012: End of the World is real, what are you really going to do about your future or the future of your loved ones? Do you really want to just accept what everyone else thinks, or would you rather to be able to decide for yourself what is fact, what is fiction and what you mean to do about all of it? You won't find answers in a blockbuster movie or on the television screen. You can't harness the power of your mind if it is hooked up to the programmer.

The truth about 2012

The truth about 2012 is nobody knows if its true or not. With all the evidence pointing to the exact date of December 21, 2012 its hard to deny that 2012 is true. Of course we cant see the future so nobody can really say exactly what will happen. But scientists and experts agree that some big changes will come in 2012.

There are so many different stories out there how do you know which ones are true? You may have heard some 2012 stories that talk about planets colliding into earth or our poles shifting causing earth to explode. How can anybody know whats going to happen in the future? Well the truth is you cant. Still though, if you think nothings going to happen you must not be paying enough attention.

Think about this. Every major religion, smaller religions, even atheists and non-religious experts agree that in 2012 something will happen. This has even been predicted in the bible. 2012 is based on historic anomalies, scientific facts and spiritual coincidence.

More than 4,000 deaths have already been reported from the H1N1 Virus and the government has a shortage of the vaccine! There's currently a 10% unemployment rate and the economy is still getting worse. Even the weather is getting more intense then its been in the past.

The world will end

The truth is nobody knows if the world will end in 2012. If it is true that the world will end in 2012, learn the secrets of 2012 so you will be better prepared to survive 2012. With all the stories you hear today its hard to tell who you can believe. You never know whats true when asking will the world end in 2012. Many people have already formed there own opinions and wont listen to any other explanations. Many try to make you believe their 2012 secrets but is it true?

The clocks been ticking since the world started and humans were born. The mayans predicted suffering and natural disasters like we've never seen. There's a lot of evidence pointing toward something drastic happening in 2012. Is it true the world will end in 2012? Of course nobody wants the world to end  on December 21, 2012. All prophecies and expert research has come to the conclusion that the world will end in 2012. This could have another meaning such as a global awakening where we all become superhumans.

Its true that nobody can know for sure if the world will end in 2012. But it has been predicted by multiple research teams and experts that something is going to happen in 2012. To be able to prepare yourself for 2012 you have to know all possibilities that could happen. I hope its not true that the world will end in 2012! I know i'm going to be prepared for whatever might happen. There may be some outrageous claims out there but some of them make you stop and think.

Hoax or fact 2012

Unfortunately, the 2012 end prophecies and predictions span all possible beliefs and cultures. It doesn’t matter whether you are a stout member of any of the thousands of world religions, a spiritualist, an atheist or an agnostic. The issues surrounding December 21, 2012 mean a lot of different things to a multitude of people. Some emphatically support it driving the speculation to a crescendo, while others blatantly decry it a hoax. So exactly who is right about the 2012 end events?

It would be most unfortunate for this group of people, if all that was predicted came to pass and they had not even attempted to be prepared. Exactly who they think is going to look after for their best interests and future life, is decidedly a mystery. Did anyone mount a voice that Hurricane Katrina was a hoax? No, that wasn’t why so many lives were lost when Katrina broke shore and laid New Orleans to waste.

Many of them were so callused about hurricanes. They erroneously assumed Katrina’s arrival would be just another day, with a bit more wind and water than usual. You see, what most people can’t wrap their minds around is that the 2012 end predictions are nothing like Y2K. The yawning divide between a computer glitch and humanity or the world being obliterated forever, seems to go right over their heads. Where will they be when they are faced with approaching catastrophe?

At the very least, they heard all the dissatisfied reports about what a shabby presentation the History Channel aired. Not once, but three times in recent years. When all the actual facts are discovered that relate to the program regarding Nostradamus, Merlin, The Sybil, the Mayan Calendar and many more 2012 end prophecies; the History Channel is found to be severely wanting.

It isn’t just this particular TV show that is guilty of disinformation. Television is notorious for alerting uneducated viewers of non factual information, pawned off as well researched reality. Does this mean that the 2012 end scenario is nothing but a hoax? Not at all. Iif your life is valuable to you, then you owe it to yourself and those you love to find out what is real. As opposed to what isn’t in fact true about these rapidly growing predictions and published prophecies said to connect to the date, December 21, 2012.

Should you be alarmed about the predictions regarding 2012 end prophecies? If you aren’t, you might want to reconsider your priorities. You get one life in this world, and from that you will only reap what you put into it. It isn’t much of a secret that being prepared for whatever is known to be possible in the future is always your best option. Just the announcement that a tornado is heading right toward you will have you preparing to seek shelter at a moment's notice.

Y2K was fixed very simply with a simple computer programming patch. That is a manufacturing problem, and was never purported to be the end of the world, save by some really fanatical souls. This total 2012 end revelations is promising to deliver you and everyone you love into events that the world has never dealt with before. Are you ready? Have you learned what you need to know to take on the approaching end of an age? The clock is not going backwards. The date given draws rapidly closer with each passing week.

2012 Prophecies and predictions

December 21, 2012 - Prophecies, Predictions, Proofs and Scientific Explanations. Is it going to be the End of World or just a Hoax/Scam? If you haven’t already heard, December 21, 2012 is the day predicted to be the end of our current world on Earth. There is a great deal of speculation going on world wide about what might happen on 12.21.12. Will this be the day that everything changes?  Learn now.

What if the skeptics are wrong about 2012? The looming prediction that our entire planet will suffer from horrible catastrophe on the morning of December 21st, could very well be true. This is far more filled with devastating impact than thinking your computer would stop working as we entered the year 2000. It should be of great interest to your need for self preservation to grasp the knowledge that there very well may have been civilizations, far more progressed than ours, that have already come and gone centuries ago.

 Prophecies:
1. Bible. Most of the civilized world knows all about the predictions contained in the Book of Revelations.
2. Mayan Calendar. The Mayans possessed incredible skill with mathematics and astronomy. They created not only a calendar that was 3500 years long, but also a mathematical calculator.
3. Nostradamus and
4. I -Ching Theory.

The initial phenomenon for the end of world would be gigantic solar flares caused by unusual sun's magnetic fields. The increase in the number of sunspots and sun flares for 2012 has been predicted by NASA. This would surely bring satellite disruptions and electrical failures. The solar flare would in turn affect the earth's polarity and will reverse north pole to south pole. And a series of catastrophic chain reaction might occur. From pole shift to earth's lost geomagnetism to massive earthquakes to erupting volcanoes to tidal waves to floods and there would be massive destruction to life on earth. Because of the weakened magnetic fields the earth may not protect us against cosmic and solar radiation which would affect the nuclear reactors on the nuclear power plants. Buildings and skyscrapers will be shattered and a cloud of volcanic dust will cling.

Facts about the doomsday

There's a lot of false information floating around the web related to the 2012 doomsday. In this article, I'll list some 2012 proof, that is 10 facts about the doomsday in 2012.

The following is a list of facts related to the 2012 doomsday:
  • The Mayan Calendar starts 3113 B.C. and ends December 21. 2012.
  • The Mayans have accurately described various astronomical events.
  • The galactic alignment is happening right now. It started in 1980 and ends in 2016. The sun was best aligned with the center of the galaxy in 1998. This alignment occurs every 25,800 years.
  • There is a magnetic pole shift going on right now. Scientists believe these pole shifts happen with hundreds of thousands of years in between, each lasting about 100 years. The present pole shift have just started and it's happening faster than expected(It was supposed to start in the 24th century).
  • The book of revelation does mention that the end times are near, however it doesn't say an exact date.
  • There is a software called "Timewave Zero" which describes various historical events based on a mathematical algorithm. According to this software, 2012 will be the end of time.
  • The "Web Bot", originally developed in the late 1990s for making stock market predictions, suggest that there will be worldwide catastrophic events in 2012.
  • A gigantic asteroid named 433 Eros will pass earth on January 31, 2012.
  • "The Bible Code", a popular book published in 1998 that finds hidden messages in the bible, predicts the end of the world in 2012.
  • Some of the interpretations of the prophecies of Nostradamus supports the 2012 doomsday.

2012 a reality bound to happen

There is strong debate regarding the 2012 doomsday expectations. There are people who believe that the theory is true and there are others who laugh at the possibility that the world as we know it will disappear on 21.12.2012. Firstly, let me tell you what is all the fuzz about, for everyone who doesn’t know . On December 21, 2012 the apparent "Doomsday" will occur. Regardles of how this might look like to you, don't just throw this off as a Conspiracy Theory just yet.

The Mayans calendar, they have set their calendar three thousand years ago, and their clock is still in use eventhough the Mayans themselves were killed years ago. On the mysterious date 21.12.2009 is the date when their calendar stops, or as someone refers to it, the Mayan calendar resets. In addition, the Mayans have successfully predicted events like the both World Wars. According to Einstein, everything on Earth is run by clocks, So the question then is – What will happen when everything triggers at the same time? This theory goes back to when Einstein collectively figured out all of Earth plates and faults could and might move i.e. trigger all at once, producing mass earthquakes and volcanoes.

If you are not convinced yet take into account the following: in the “Bible” it is mentioned that “God” will not end the world with water, but the world will be ended by fire. In addition, the immense predictor, Nostradamus, who successfully predicted the Adolf Hitler raising to power as well as the World Wars, initially predicts a third World War which will be started by some third world country. He also portrays the end of the world as being full of fire and power. Coming to the 2012 theory, I must say that I personally believe in 21 12 2012 doomsday expectations. Although, I can’t say that I fully agree with the actual disasters that will take place, I do believe that something will happen and we should all be prepared for it, we should prepare to survive, to save ourselves and our beloved ones.

Will galactic alignment in 2012

With all the secrets of 2012 out there one thing thats true is there will be a galactic alignment in 2012. The 2012 galactic alignment has been accurately predicted on the Mayan calender. Keep in mind the Mayans were more of an advanced race which didn't give in to fantasy or prophecies, better known as fortune telling. 2012 is just one small part of what the Mayans have predicted. Galactic Alignment in 2012 has become a main issue, though nobody can say if its true or not.

The galactic alignment is when the December solstice sun aligns with the galactic equator due to the precession of equinoxes. Its said that this will cause our north and south poles to switch positions. If you are asking yourself, "Will there be galactic alignment in 2012?" then the answer is yes! Then you start wondering what else could happen..

December 21, 2012 is actually the end of the Mayan calender. The Mayans thought of the galactic alignment as the passing of one age in time to tha next. The 2012 galactic alignment will affect every single person on earth. The secrets of 2012 are not a prophecy or simple a hunch. 2012 is a prediction made by experts and scientists who all agree that something is going to happen in 2012.

2012 is fake

With all the false information about the 2012 doomsday out there on the web, it can be difficult to figure out what's fake and what isn't. I will try to clear a few things up regarding the question about whether 2012 is fake or not in this article. Let me start by saying that there are many facts related to the 2012 theory.

Here's a list of some facts related to the 2012 doomsday:
    * The ancient Mayan calendar ends on December 21. 2012.
    * The galactic alignment is a true event which is happening at this very moment.
    * The pole shit is also true, but most scientist believe it takes a long while for it to finish, and that it wont have disastrous consequences.
    * Two very different computer programs predict the end of the world in 2012. One of these predict this will happen on december 21. 2012, and this program is called "Timewave Zero". The other program is called the "Web Bot".
    * An asteroid named 433 Eros will pass earth in 2012, but it's very likely not to have an impact.

There are many theories that will twist facts like these for scare tactic purposes. Even so, I don't think we can just overlook them and dismiss everything about the 2012 doomsday. Many of the predictions and theories are groundless, but some require further investigation.
